About Us

Poutous Collision and Mechanical has been a part of the Houston community since 1968 when brothers Lou and Gus Poutous first opened the doors with a simple goal in mind: do honest work. What started as a small, family-run operation quickly grew into a trusted name built on integrity, craftsmanship, and lasting relationships with customers who became like family.

That same spirit continues today through the next generation. For more than 30 years, the shop has been proudly run by Michael Poutous and his brother-in-law, John Botti. Now Michael and his sister, Maria Botti, are running the business. Together, they are carrying on the values the business was built on while continuing to grow and evolve with the needs of their customers and the automotive industry.

Over the decades, Poutous Collision and Mechanical has expanded its services to cover just about everything your vehicle might need—from body work, alignments, brakes, and engine maintenance to electrical diagnostics, inspections, emissions, tires, and towing. But no matter how much has changed, one thing has always stayed the same: a commitment to doing right by every customer.
